How to promote a Class Action Suit site ?

Hi,

I am glad that someone actually want to start a class action suit instead of the people just protesting on the streets. I have been asked to promote cypruslevy.com.
Right now there is a letter with an audio asking people to join.

This is mostly directed to those with Bank accounts in Cyprus ofcourse, that they should join up. I have seen so many different apps and wso´s but I dont really know what suit this kind of project ? At the moment I have only added social buttons.

I dont know if I should us one of those wso´s to create a fan page, or a forum, or XXX ?

There is also a lot of services offered at fiverr.com but I feel this forum might be better to find ideas and services. I would be grateful for ideas and even offers on how to promote this.

  • Myyoulo,

I think the best way to promote this kind of thing is with a targeted email list. Do you have any access to a list of people who have been affected by this scenario? If you can get a list of people from an attorney or some other party involved in the litigation process, you could then potentially get a list of emails and email a link to the site.

Alternatively, you could try and find out phrases that people might be using to find out information on how to join the suit or if a suit is being brought. You could then optimize the site targeting those keyword phrases.

Thank you for your answer, much appreciated.

We are getting some emails from people who have lost money, companies too.
But it is going to slow. I will use market samurai to check searches online regarding this and hopefully find a place where there are a lot of Cypriots...

I am also looking for information on what I am allowed to publish online. There is an article from the Times that I would like to publish on the site. But that is against their copyright I think.

      My brainstorming:

So what are the alternatives ? Can I write a small blog post commenting that news article and then link it further ?

Now I see people need to subscribe to it and pay £2 a week for access !
Maybe I can find a similar news article instead ?

What if I create a free membership, is it allowed then ?

      Hmm...
