Is there anything out there that would automate posting tweets I want to say? Maybe I could post a bunch of tweets in a library and then have the software post a tweet every other hour. I don't know if this is even a thing but I can only imagine that it would be.

Try Social Oomph (https://www.socialoomph.com/). You can schedule tweets and use it on many different accounts. It's been awhile since I used it last. There's probably newer websites like this now, but none I'm aware of.

Hootsuite also allows you to schedule tweets - not sure if that's just on the premium option or the free one as well.

Buffer is another option and easy to use if you want tweets to be sent out later.
