Spamming/promoting other pages on FB to promote

Hi

Do you think it is wise to post details of your own competitions on other pages walls? Am I likely to get banned for this?

I usually try to address it to the page personally and make it relevant somehow but I am still not sure.

Thoughts?

    People do it all the time without getting banned, doesn't mean it's exactly the right thing to do though lol

    If you do it with spammy comments then yea you will get reported but if you do it in a smart way then no you wont.
