Social Media For Web Service Businesses
So I started up running my own offline web services company in March and so far things are going well...
I've not had a massive amount of time to implement everything that I would like yet, including social media.
So I was wondering what are your thoughts, experiences and suggestions on using social media as a consumer engagement platform for a company that offers web services?
Of course there is LinkedIn but I'm talking more specifically about Facebook, Twitter, Google+ etc.
Is it effective? Is there a market there or is it just web companies following web companies?
I'd love to know any effective strategies.
