Facebook Ads Work!- but what are next steps?

I've used some of the advice from WF members and did some ad testing and came up with the above ad. It's been performing well for me, and is only averaging around .04 a like. The target audience is around 100K FB users and the traffic is turning into good and active users on the page, but I'm only able to get around 25 likes per day, even if I increase my budget.

I'm currently at around 1,500 fans. I would love some suggestions on how to increase this number more quickly. It seems like at just 25 new fans a day it will take several more months before I can begin to start really monetizing the page. I would really like to be able to get upwards of 100 new fans a day. thanks!

    Hi there, have you tried to post interesting pictures or funny/interesting videos or articles? Seen several people able to increased their "likes" quickly.

    You can accelerate your growth by getting your followers to interact with the content that you post. You can do this by encouraging them to do so. Make posts that ask people to participate or otherwise interact with whatever it is that you are posting. Go out on Facebook as the page and interact with other pages and posts.

      I see this often, your saying that you need more fans. But thats not what you really want. If you think about it its not.

      What you want is people to listen to / read your messages.

      Gaining fans is NOT an effective way to do this, as most of your fans (about 80%) will never see your messages. What you need to do now is convert your fans into an Email list. So you can mail them. You can do this in several ways.

      1) You can have a custom tab with an opt in
      2) You can have a contest or sweepstakes that requires them to opt in
      3) You can redirect them to a website where they might opt in (if you have one)

      The point Im trying to make is that you (and almost everyone else) are saying "I need more fans" but thats not at all what you want. You dont want fans. You want people to see your messages. So funnel them to a mailing list.

      Shawn i dont think it lets you interact with your page. I tried that and it just shows nothing on peoples pages. It requires a regular facebook account not a facebook page account

    -Increase your budget. I know you said you did, but by how much?
    -Increase your bids(depends how much you want to pay per like).
    -Expand your targeting. If you're using precise interest targets find ones that are similar etc. Does your page have a broad appeal? If so drop the precise targeting and just target by age/sex.
