Do I need to try to get page fans from US and EU only?

Is price advertising on page with US fans and page with fans from other countries are different?
Or the price depends on total number of funs only?

I ask this question because I want to know should I filter friends of fake accounts by countries previously.

    Well, 98% of the people selling facebook fans are selling fake accounts. It's easier to create fake accounts from the Philippines, for example, than from the US, so unless it's specified, I would expect to get accounts from outside the US and EU liking my page. Most will charge more for accounts only from the US or the EU.
