Well I guess that depends on how your 'promoting' them. If you intend to run ads to a tab that has the promotion I wouldnt expect it would be profitable unless you had a high paying product.

I've promoted clickbank products through facebook, but it wasn't just through facebook ads. That is not profitable. Though I had a HIGHLY targeted fanpage which led to a landing page and I cross-sold a clickbank product that complimented my product. That my friend, worked great.

In actual, you can't directly link that clickbank's hoplink from your facebook ads.

Instead, target a squeeze page to capture email ids and then market an affiliate product through followup emails.

the right way:capture leads at fans page ,then interact with them,build your authority,then send them to sale page.

free way to get like on fanpage, use fanpage on FB instead of personal and find related fp or close topic or even like news such chicago tribune (with 5k, 10k, 100k, 1000k like) and start to post your comment, I have try it and it get like everyday but still need time and patient to get sales

or you can buy like on fiverr $5, give awesome picture and nice articles (shortern the hoplink and put it below articles) to drive visitors, good luck.

facebook ad - promoting freebie!
targeted prospect clicks => Landing page
Prospect is in your list => We take him to our sales funnel offer =
A) Sale converts! = Offer more expensive product. => members area.
B) No sale no converts = cheaper offer => Convertes = members are
B no converts = say good bye - stay in the List for future mailings.
