Does FB send first impressions to better people?

If my campaign budget is $20, does Facebook send the last $10 worth of impressions to as likely-to-convert people as it does the first $10?

    Any particular reason why you think there would be any variations in the quality of impressions in the first place? Facebook does have a lot of data about the audience more likely to convert - but hard to say if their algorithm will be working 'subjectively' like this.

    Well, my Page Post Ads are down to about $.05/click, but I hit my daily budget no matter how high I set it. If $0.05/click is profitable, I could probably set the budget ridiculously high to maximize the profit, but I wonder if FB impressions and clicks are more profitable at the beginning of the day. The FB Conversion Tracker only reports 1 conversion attributable to these ads but I'm not sure that's accurate.
