How to post an opt-in form to Facebook Post?

I have been searching solutions to post opt-in form to a Facebook post and came across this service:

It looks promising but it is a monthly subscription service. I wonder if there is any other alternative ways to so similar trick.

And actually, what exactly is the magic behind. Can we post an opt-in form to a post without relying on any external services?

Anyone has any idea?

    I have never seen an optin form on my Facebook news feed much less a Facebook page.

    I think you would have better luck posting the link to your optin in form on your Facebook page.

    create an app on your page then link to it or something


    other than that, I doubt facebook would allow that, it would be abused and exploited like no tomorrow if you could create opt-ins inside of a post. posts would be like popups?

      It's actually possible and easy to post opt-in forms inside Facebooks news feed. In addition we contacted Facebook before creating SplashPost to make sure we follow all regulations, so it's all inside the terms of Facebook.
