Asking for a Like after Registration
Greetings
I have a 'registration complete' page where I sent users following their registration and which I also use to track conversions. On this page I also give my spill on how they can help out by Liking our pages, following us on Twitter, making a donation, etc.
The problem is that I don't want them to like a 'registration complete' page as this page would be invisible to unauthenticated users. I want them to like the other content & pages, but it would be so much easier to put a useful Like button right in front of them awhile I have their attention on the 'registration complete' page.
Would it make more sense to send newly registered to a different, like-worthy page that all users can access, but still provide a 'registration successful' message? This way if they decide to Like immediately it actual has some value?
Am I over-thinking this?
