I want to make FB advertisement.Somebody make that advertisement very cheap.For eaxample 500$ advertisement only 200$,how can they make this?
I want to learn that.I have a opinion;They buy FB account and VCC for facebook.And they make advertisment,is it possible?Facebook allow this?Or do you know another way for cheap advertisement?

I don't know how to spend $200 to use $500 in advertising. And one of my account was banned because of using VCC (I didn't know why)

My way to get cheap advertisement is find the best audience to promote offer or squeeze pages.

tkank you for answer,but lots of people make this,sell or use own projects.
For exampe; Facebook Accounts With $350 Advertising credit for sale. I know this page in 2012,I know lots of people in 2013 but that is not english.
