Just checking before I start a new campaign, do they still allow you to direct your clicks to a squeeze page?

Its offer dependent. If your squeeze page has any kind of income claim or make money claim etc then its likely that it wont be approved. Of course its all dependent on what kind of mood the particular review you get is in but a good rule of thumb is to avoid making any claim that cant be replicated or proven.

Yea, it mostly depends on the current mood of the approval staff. But brutecky said the main and most important thing, so you should follow that first.

Does Facebook require a Privacy policy, earning disclaimer, TOS and all that?

Yes but I would spend your money on Google and Microsoft Adcenter. Facebook was a bomb for me on several tests. Better leads and less money on the others.
