Facebook not charging my Ad Coupon for a specific charge

Yes, I've already contacted support and still waiting for a reply.

On my billing, it says:

06/27/2013 <transaction number hidden> Facebook Ads Daily Delivery Facebook Coupon $1.00
06/26/2013 <transaction number hidden> Facebook Ads Daily Delivery Facebook Coupon $1.88
Total $2.88

Kinda weird how on the the third day, facebook decides to not use the coupon even though it's still active:

My credit card on the account is expired though so why isn't it going to the coupon?

Apparently the transaction is based on activity before the coupon was applied:

For advertising services provided from 06/24/2013 12:00am to 06/25/2013 12:00am

So how do I make it go to the coupon that is already applied to the account (even if it wasn't applied for the above date)?

When I try to settle my balance, it is forcing me to use either Credit Card or paypal instead of coupon. Anyone have any encounters like this? My ads are all paused because of this.
