I hired a guy to do social media for one of my sites, he set up Facebook and twitter accounts. He has now quit and refuses to give me user names and passwords. is there anything I can do to get the account details from Facebook and twitter?

    You should be able to contact facebook and twitter and prove the pages/accounts belong to you.
