Do any of you know of any plugins that will send out a tweet and post to Facebook each time I update my blog?

    Have a look at Facebook Page Publish 2 it will publish your posts to Facebook page of your choice. Then just link your Facebook account to your twitter accounts.

      I use NextScripts Social Auto Poster for my Wordpress sites This plugin automatically publishes posts from your blog to your Social Network accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+(Google Plus), Blogger, Tumblr, LiveJournal, FriendFeed, DreamWidth, Delicious, Diigo, Instapaper, Stumbleupon, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Plurk, VKontakte(VK.com), YouTube, Wordpress, etc. The whole process is completely automated and it works perfectly.
