Create niche page or post as myself?

I have created a blog tailored around the dog training niche. I decided to join a huge dog community on google plus that has a lot of interaction going on. I think I can get huge amounts of traffic from. I would like to know should I post comments as myself or create google plus niche page

If you have a blog for your niche you should use the same name for you google+ making it easier for people to know who you are and find your blog. If you are posting as yourself people aren't going to think to look at a blog. They will think you are just a regular posting. If you are looking to get more traffic we would recommend posting from your blog name. Good Luck

Agreed. It's always good to be consistent and use the same name throughout. Since your blog has already been established, and you'll likely be channeling audience to it, it'll be good to use the blog name on Google+. Just keep things consistent on all your social media platforms.

Blog names are more professional in comparison to your own name, in my opinion.

      Cheers and all the best,

It's a good idea to create a huge traffic to your own post and page through posting appropriative content regarding niche. After creation of this page you should create a huge back link to grab the attention of the users.

Post as your niche. It will help in people identifying your blog goals.

A google plus page cannot make contact with a user until the user circles the page.

As a user yourself you can circle other users.

You could market as yourself then point people to a page based on your blog or link back to a post on your blog for people to read.

Configuring your blog for rich snippets so you show up as the author in search results. As well as adding a +1 button

I would have to agree on consistency. If you want to post on forums or even on blogs, use the same persona/information throughout. This would also do good in terms of your branding.
