Do you have to set up a different account to set up twitter profile tailored around your niche or can you set it up on your personal account. Which is better?

    I have always found, the more twitter accounts the better! Use and build up both

    It really depends on what you're doing, and what you need. Do you use Twitter to network and socialize to begin with? If so, you may alienate your friends if you start using your personal account for extremely niche business stuff.

    There are situations where a single account might work better, and situations where it's better to split things up.

    You don't need to get carried away overthinking this. It's easy to manage two or more accounts on a client like Tweetdeck, so I'd recommend doing that. That's what I do.

    I think you can use/create a Twitter account for your business and follow those in your niche also.
