How can market this effectively using a social media strategy? Decent business development toolkit!

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to run a campaign, or series of campaigns as I have this product which is a Premium business development system for small businesses. It is in a nutshell, the full business coaching development toolkit of a couple of experienced business coaches, which can help small businesses, in numerous industries as diverse as Yoga schools, auto mechanics, florists, cafes which can be used both as downsell towards offline clients as well as sold as an actual toolkit for business consultants or those wanting to become business consultants it's also had the input of people like Armand Morin and Jay Abraham so big marketers. The product is very very good, and has actually been endorsed by formal business organisations such as the chambers of commerce in Scotland, the UK. It can also double up as a B2B toolkit as an existing coach/consultant/B2B company can take it and use the material as consultation sessions.

Can anyone advise on effective social media strategy for such a product? (If you want to see what it is feel free to IM me...)

I've considered creating slideshare videos on Youtube, perhaps doing some article marketing by rewriting some content and submitting to article sites

I've have figured out Linked In, if used properly can be good for B2B, so I've done a bit of research into how people use it, and have done some work on my profile. And am now adding connections and join "local" groups with "local business owners"; I know of as someone else who is selling this product has had people join simply by looking at his profile.

Also is anyone aware of any good online places (apart from WF) to connect with B2B consultants or wannabe B2B consultants?

I'm potentially looking at outsourcing too- if I don't get enough quality affiliates- where I'll pay a small hourly rate plus 50% commission.

Any additional advice/ideas would be great!

It sounds like you are spreading a very wide net. I recommend you pick a niche and concentrate on a single market segment. Find success in that market and then work on additional niches. Your copy for yoga teachers is going to read VERY different than copy for auto mechanics. And if it doesn't, well..

    It should.

    Good luck with your business!

I was more giving an example per say as to where it has been sold before. I am not really concentrating on Yoga so much. If anything I will probably focus on the consultancy/B2B arena since I think it's a useful tool for any would be...
