Help with Facebook please

Hi all,

I run an active Facebook page but am struggling to get likes. We are relevant to our target audience and post daily. I don't believe the ads in the sidebar are that effective and we have tried that before without success.

Any ideas?

    Facebook ads are extremely effective. You need to target your ads very well though, and split test them also.

    Do as Brutecky said, split testing is the biggest and most important method to Facebook ads. Make sure to keep making your ads more effective and make sure your audience is extremely targetted with it as well. Also keep posting content just like you said, but make sure it is valuable and shareable content, not just another post to fill their timeline. If people see you are worth it they will definitely be more inclined to like you. News feed ads are effective as well, although they can be expensive so I tend to stay away from those! Just keep optimizing your sidebar ads!

    Facebook ads are really effective and it will get you more potential audience. Target your ad accordingly and also do split test. Facebook ads really works.

    You can go for the PPC or buy likes. However buying likes is good in my opinion but numbers of webmasters are doing the same. If you love numbers, go for the PPC.

      I don't know why anyone would 'buy' likes? I want active, engaged fans that love what we do. A million likes with no engagement is worthless.

    Well; First of all, getting the first likes are recommended by using Facebook Ads, so there will be a base of people who are actually like your page & contents.

    Then post like based posts which are relevant to your niche (e.g. Like&Share this post to win a 5$ Fitness Coupon), it is recommended to use Promoted Posts first time, so it will reach your friends' friends as well.

    Post things daily which can go viral easily and may be interesting for people!
