How useless Facebook groups are used?

I found serious Facebook marketers who are not into spamming participating in completely useless groups sunk in junk with no sign of interaction. How do they profit from those places? How do you, guys, find good groups to join and profit from them? May be you know how to benefit from the useless ones? I haven't unearthed any decent group yet.

    They might have already got that group to opt in somewhere else who knows.

    But you are going to want to start your own Facebook group if you want to have a set of loyal followers. It is hard to get the whole group to trust you if you just joined!
