If so what type of links are this and should the videos be made just to revelant videos in order to rank them?

    Do you mean, are the links to video responses counted for SEO? I'm sure Google counts all links on every site. The links on Youtube that link to other Youtube pages should be do follow. Though links going off site would be no follow. Still those no follow links would have credibility to Google considering Youtube is a reputable site.
