Who is your target audience? And are you marketing where your audience is?

Facebook is not a target audience... but a platform to reach and/or market to a specific audience.

The reason I asked you "Who is your are target audience?" is because I think its very important for other warriors to understand what you think is your target or perfect customer profile that you are wanting to take action with your message...

Answer this Question and people on this forum will be able to give you the advise on what you are looking for.

If you sent that sport of message to me at Facebook, I would have reported it as spam. Its an unsolicited sales pitch that I don't want = spam.

If people message me on Facebook that I don't know, I usually ignore them.

If I am understanding correctly, you are contacting people who are in the life and health insurance industry. Their job is to know about insurance and sell it. They aren't going to respond to an unsolicited message on Facebook.

When creating your sales creative... my advice is that you need to focus on one type of insurance. Remember there are several different areas you can market life and health insurance to. You can market to either individuals or companies. Once you decide between the two you need to determine if your message will be targeted to young families, retiring individuals etc. No matter what you choose, remember your campaign message needs to help the potential customer discover they have a problem and you're the solution.

Now that you told us that you target older people... Please read your message again and tell us if this targets older people or younger people?

I recommend that you come up with 2-3 on your own and post them for the members to give you input... You now know who your target audience and the product your selling, which you seem to not have known earlier. Give it a try! It is the only way you will truly learn on your own - not by us doing it for you.

Keep in mind..if this is people you're not friends with and you are messaging them without any connections on Facebook, it goes to their 'other' inbox (which you probably didn't even know existed..most people don't.) You CAN pay $1.00 per message to send it to their main inbox if you are by no means connected with them, however if you haven't really tested your message and to me it sounds kind of 'salesy', it won't convert because people are just going to be annoyed by it and ignore it.

I paid the $1.00 when I was marketing a MLM business, and I would message and ask how they are doing, be very clear and friendly about how I came across them and messaged them. I would leave nothing to chance, and I would ask them how they would feel about trying my product or hearing more about it. Hope this helped!

Messages to me on forums, that are obvious sales messages, tend to pis me off. So no wonder no one is responding to you.

Try your pitch in a FB ad, ot better yet, find a different platform. I have never found FB to be a good source of traffic. Thousands of people will disagree with me, but that has been my experience.

BTW: You haven't been here very long, and you seem to have a bit of an attitude because you feel no one has helped you. this is not the way yo ask. Threatening the owners with bad reviews is a good way to get bounced. the people here are the most helpful I have run into. You might want to think about the possible way you asked, if this is any indication of the manor in which you asked.

I have been trying to help you. I don't see very much effort on your part in trying to help yourself. Demanding people to give... give... give... and then claiming people don't want to help you is the wrong approach to take here on the warrior forum. I have suggested that you write 2-3 creatives and post them so that the other warriors and/or myself could give you feedback but you have refused to do so. You can't get angry at anyone here but yourself if you don't try.

I certainly don't want to help you and I'm surprised anyone else in this thread did.

Oh and lets not forget you're posting the same crap in every thread.

Just remember, you get what you put out.

In your case it will most likely be nothing.

And you'll probably get banned if you keep acting the way you're acting.

My best advice for you: act natural.

Stop acting like a sales person. Stop acting like people are money. When you promote a product, act human. Talk normal.

hey I am in cpa and I was wondering why my message isn't converting can you tell me what is wrong with it? here it is*******Hey what's up? I'm excited! I just lowered my health and life insurance to $35.00 a month. Want to know how I did it? It's actually easier then I thought my mother showed me today.**** What is wrong with it?
It takes me 3 seconds of reading your post and immediately, I get this impression that you are a spammer. You act so desperate.

    Is this your CPA ad?

Hey what's up? I'm excited! I just lowered my health and life insurance to $35.00 a month. Want to know how I did it? It's actually easier then I thought my mother showed me today.
It looks like a spam ad.

    Try something like this:

Want to lower down your monthly health and life insurance? Get $35 in insurance! Click here for more info.
Don't do CPA. Do PPC advertising on google. Google is dominating every search engine online. You need to understand human behavior. Understand what humans want. Your product is health and life insurance? Research your competition. What are the lowest rates for insurance nowadays? Can you beat them? What are your competitor's strengths and weaknesses? Where are they marketing their products to? Don't market your insurance products on facebook and NEVER promote your products via facebook private messaging. You really need to understand the differences between what people consider as spam and real. Invest in google ads. Do social bookmarking. Spend some time researching insurance blogs and post up guest replies.

You're not going to get any hits, conversions, or impressions if you act like a spammy sales guy. Promote your product in a place where your consumers will be at and act natural. People aren't stupid. They will know if you are passionate about the product you are "selling" or if you are just selling the product to make money.

Sending unsolicited messages is SPAM, and people will delete it post haste. You are going about this entirely the wrong way. Forget sending unsolicited messages and find another way.

This forum isn't for you to come to asking people to do the work for you. It is YOUR problem what you're messaging isn't working for you. If you want professional copy, you're going to pay professional prices.

Besides, what you're messaging to people isn't the problem, at least not the biggest problem. The problem is that statistically, out of every 1,000 people you message on FB that isn't your friend, only 1 will even view the "other" inbox within 30 days.

With that attitude im not surprised,

Cant you see the thousands of active threads that are getting help from many other warriors? It's the way you request help -

Starting with a threat to write bad reviews and writting in upper case letters is just bad.

I can see your a war room member - thats a great start so take a deep breath and start again with positive thoughts - then lets see how you get on

To the OP this board is in fact very helpful I'm new here and have gotten quite a few of my questions answered but it isn't an instant solution to all your IM problems. Everyone on this board has there own projects that they are also working on they aren't going create a custom message for you to use trying to sell insurance. If you are really stuck go browse a few professional insurance pages and see what their copy looks like be creative and transform it into message you could use on facebook.

Honestly I think a better idea would be to create something that involves something you actually enjoy that way it will be easier to create content and sales pitches. Perhaps even a full fledged blog and a facebook fan page instead of paying to message people you don't know on facebook.
