hey everybody, I am trying to promote a page with fb, and they disabled my ad... the message said it was due to unusual activity. I would just like to know if anyone else is having this problem, or had it in the past. and what did you do about it? were you able to get things sorted out?

    Hey trapybp,

Could you please provide us the ad you're trying to post?
This might help to unveil the issue

    Thanks!

It could be that this tactic has been overplayed... I've seen many a "guru" teach this type of technique; FB may simply have "caught on" and is starting to crack down on this model - IE, keep re-inventing...

well the thing is, I don't see why they would crack down on this model as it is providing value... I understand that some people just do things to make money and don't care about value, but this business model is setup around building an interactive community of people interested in the topic of the page... by making valuable posts of pictures and content(without affiliate links) and later promote... but not too much as to get spammy... promote something that will actually help this particular community... example: I own a dog kennel, so I want to create a group of people who like dogs... then later when my dog has puppies, I can post them for sale, and people may buy them...
so I really don't understand why it is blocked...and if that is the case, then if this looks spammy, then how are any pages advertising on fb??? and I have seen some spammy ads liking directly to a sales page... how could this be allowed? but you want let my page advertise?(even though i'm paying you to send traffic back to your site)
