What is PPC campaign?

Please help me to understand in details of PPC.

And one more question..What is Budget Allocation in PPC and how it can be done..I mean The procedure of Budget allocation.

Please clarify me.

    To add to what others have said, budget allocation is simply planning what you are going to spend on your ad campaign.

    The process for allocating a budget in PPC campaigns can vary based on what kind of campaign you are doing. For instance in search PPC campaigns, you are bidding on keywords. Some keyword are more expensive (competitive) than others so you may allocate certain budget amounts to certain keywords.

    In display advertising, allocation is more focused on a campaign as a whole. You may allocate more money to campaigns that advertise products or services that are more important to your business in terms of them converting better online or being more popular or higher margin or whatever.
