How to reach your dormant Fans when Facebook prevents paid promotion?

Hey guys,

any advice on how to reach the dormant segment of your fanpage fans (the ones that facebook doesn't display your posts to, due to previous low engagement), when you aren't allowed to promote posts via paying?

there isn't any short cut to it, the only thing you can do is to post quality content [post with images get more attention] posting regularly will reach to dormant fans though it does take time.
Another thing is that page must be active from its initial stage, that way no fans will be dormant.

Make someone else an admin of the page and have them run the ads / promoted posts for you.

If this works, it'd be great. Thanks!

Get as much as activity on your page so you can attract them to become followers or fans. Getting another admin is a good idea as well.

I dont think so that there is any shortcut to do so. However you can increase your daily activity to 6 posts per day and all posts should be interesting for readers.

Is there any evidence that increasing the daily post count has impact on reaching "dormant" fans. Fans that facebook doesn't display your ads to?

Have you or anyone else actually tried it?

'Cause I tend to believe, in order for them to see your new posts, they need to be engaged (liked something, commented or shared..etc), and in order for them to do so, they need to SEE your posts in the first place.

So it sounds like a vicious cycle unless you pay to promote your post specifically to them. Then make sure to post high quality engaging posts from there on, to not lose them again.
