$0.02 FB Clicks: how I did it

I see a lot of people asking how to reduce their CPC at FB or claiming that a CPC of 1 or 2 pennies is imposible. That's completely wrong. Here is how I did it with a campaign focused in people located IN the US (not any underdeveloped country in Asia). So here is my method:
1. I created a tab with an optin form and named it FREE EBOOK. Added my optin form there.
2. I made a search with google adwords keyword tool as well as with Market Samurai to find as many related to my niche keywords as possible.
3. I started an FB ad campaign. At that time my page had 6 likes. I used my keywords to reduce my ad viewers and chose US for their location. In ages I chose over 18. I chose cpm for my campaign and let FB optimize it.
4. After I got over 300 I used Insight to gather as much info as possible and changed the age of those who see the ad to the one with the best ctr (25-44 in my case). There were left 19,000 ppl located in the US. The suggested com was 0.06-0.12. I chose 0.08.
5. I chose an image related with my niche and wrote a simple brief message asking to subscribe to get a free eBook.
6. I am currently getting 4 likes per 1000 views which practically means my cpc is 0.02.

As you can understand I am not a native English speaker therefore the ad I wrote can't be of high quality. So, no matter where you come from FB is the path to succeed
