Looking for help on taking it to the next level (40k members site)

I have been an active member of this forum for quite some time and its fantastic to see so many helpful people.
Its come to that point now where I need some help!
I own a social media exchange website which has over 40,000 members but im stuck on ideas as to where to take it next.

Just looking to bounce some ideas off other people as ive run the whole site solo and think it would be nice for some input
