Seeking Facebook Ad Advice

Hi

Yesterday I submitted an Ad on Facebook and I got the error: "Your ads account has recently been flagged because of unusual activity. For security reasons, any ads you're running will be paused until you can confirm your account information by contacting Facebook."

I contacted them and filled out the form/questionnaire. This morning I got an email from them saying my ad was approved, but when I go to the ad manager through the link provided in the email I get the same message from above.

Any advice or has anyone ever experience this before?

    My experience was their poor support center.. tried to talk to them, didn`t get a response ... so .. I don`t know.. can`t you make another account and start over ?

      Hey guys thanks for the responses...

      They finally open my account back up about an hour though. The mystery is that I have no idea of how they found suspicious activity.

      It makes me nervous to do business with Facebook...but we will see how things go!

    Lesser ad networks may not have done anything about what might have been a hacking effort on your account?

    It can get nerve-wrecking with Facebook, doesn't it? You suddenly get a warning and your account is blocked and you have no way of getting it back since they rarely respond to concerns and appeals. Good thing it worked for you!

    Ive had it Once or Twice, They required me to send them ID and a scan of the Card i was using to fund it. Thats facebook security for you.
