Need Help - Google+ So Confused!!!

OK, so this doesn't happen a lot, at least with Google products but I am so confused!

Google+ is mentally confusing, literally driving me wild!

So, following a task I had been meaning to do for ages, I set up a Google+ page for my one of my websites.

Then today, I found this page another Google+ page that I had forgotten I had set up a couple of months ago for the same website, which has over 2,400 Google +'sss.

Found the login details and logged in, but now I am so confused because I now have two pages in two different Google accounts for the same website.

What can I do?

Can I link them together?
Can I merge them?

Also, wtf does a G+ mean if they aren't following my page?

I am SO confused...someone PLEASE HELP!

    I think it's better if you just pick one. If you're old one have more followers or more people that have you in their circle, then it's better to just be active on the old G+ page.

    I agree. Focus on your old G+ since it already has a good start.
