i get banned for facebook ads..should i start again or should i look for another network

      You should start by finding the answer why did you get banned. There is a high possibility you will get banned from the other networks too if you are breaking the TOS.

    First, find out why your ad was banned. Second, don't attempt to register on Facebook another dummy account so you can ran those ads again because they are likely to get banned again. You can post those ads on other networks but make sure to read their TOS and that you are not doing anything or your ads don't have anything that will give them reasons to ban your ads.
