Need A Little Help About LinkedIn Connections..

Sometimes I search for a name and I try to connect by clicking the connect button, it immediately shows invite sent. Other times, after clicking on the button, it goes to the next page asking whether the person is a colleague, friend etc.? Why is it like that?

LinkedIn is not a social Networking site, It's professional networking site where all (Senior, Middle or Junior) level People keep existence so LinkedIn have restrictions not to send request unknown people.

It depend how that person has their profile set. But most likely you will need to have known them previously in some way. You can always send them a message however.

    Thanks for the replies.

Most of them are connected to me either by 2nd degree connection or groups. The thing is that my older account makes it really easy to connect but my newer account is much harder and they are almost the same in terms of connections.

People usually share their emails on their Linkedin Profiles.
They do because they want to connect with people and possibly do business.
    Ive been studying different techniques.
You should check Linkedin Marketer PRO its a good tool for automating that job.

If one account works correctly and other has some problems - maybe it's a bug and you should contact help center? They answer quite quickly.
