Should I make new facebook account when buying paid ads?

Hi,

is it ok to use a brand new facebook account when buying paid ads? I would rather do that than use my personal account. Is this ok to do? If so do I need to have a facebook account for a regular user or what? I am confused about this? Can I just make a new account just for the purpose of buying advertisement

It is against Facebook's TOS to have multiple accounts. However, many people will tell you they have never had a problem running multiple accounts. But, if Facebook catches on, you will have all of your accounts banned. But it's up to you!

I wont recommend you to do it because its against their terms and conditions and you mighg get banned for doing this with you original login details too.

If you don't want to use your personal account, how about creating a page then use that to run the ads to?

I don't have 2 personal accounts but when I was making a fan page for my site, I signed up under the option "sign up as a page". You don't need a personal account for that and I'm sure that's not against their TOS. You could advertise through the fan page account I'm sure.

Im confused. Just about everyone knows its against FB's TOS to make multiple accounts so why do people constantly look for a reason to do it anyway?

You need to warm your account up by posting about 50 to 100 post ads. Then throw a few of the money makers in there. Use lots of accounts just incase.

yes it is against their terms and condition but most people do it without getting banned, but they do it on their own risk, so you have to decide if you can take a risk or not.

You'd probably be fine, but it's still risky nonetheless. Perhaps create a relative page like some others on here have suggested.

The Question should be - Why do you need to use another account? what are the cons of using your personal account that iis forcing people to use a second account?

No I wouldn't do that. I'll tell you about my experience. I was using coupon vouchers (that actually worked) so i couldn't use the same name over and over again.

I setup ads and used the coupons. 2 out of 3 accounts got banned and Before I got my ads approved on the 2nd, Facebook suspended my account and told me to send my drivers license to prove that I was that person. $25 in vouchers wasted in a day. LOL...

But honestly, it's a lot easier keeping everything in 1 place.

It's against their terms but no one reads those and no one cares about that... UNTIL YOU GET CAUGHT...

I wouldn't do it though. Best wishes my friend.
