Facebook Cheapest Countries -> Real People or bots?

I started a campaign in countries like India & Philippines. Ended up with a great CTR, and $0.03 Cost Per Like! This is way cheaper than my CPL in USA/UK

My concern is that some of these people may not actually care about our page, and are just clicking "Like" on everything, or might even be bots.

I want to make sure our Fans are as relevant as possible, so when I pay to promote stories to our fans, it is going to real people.

So are countries like this known to give fake/irrelevant clicks for cheap, or am I paranoid?

    Yes and no. If your paying through facebook ads. and their targeted likes they are actually interested in your page. And clicking thew like button because they like whatever your posting. But if your buying like through fiverr or using a like exchange then those likes are just clicking the like button and don't really care what it is.

    3 cents per Indian like is very very high price.

    1 cent maximum you should pay for Indian likes.

    Compare the buying power of Indians, to the buying power of UK or US citizens...

    One indian will spend online next to nothing in a year,
    while an american... we all know...

        But the price for usual CPA offers for India is so much lower than US, UK or CA leads.

    "CPA offers paying for Indian leads..." it is make-believe or a dream that will not come true

    Through Facebook ads, always keep in mind that the price for a click is much much lower
    than the actual price for a like if you do it through Facebook ads.

    Because out of each 1000 clicks that you pay for, only about 150 turn usually into likes
