Should I add content before or after buying ads? (Facebook)

I've made a Facebook page in my niche. I've added a few basic posts, such as "welcome to the page", and a few more posts, as well as adding a picture and header.

Should I go ahead and start a Facebook ad campaign now, or should I add about 30 more posts over the next few days and get a couple free likes before I start the ads?

Also, should I wait a few weeks before I start monetizing the content with affiliate offers? I know not to monetize every post, but maybe I should start off with 1 affiliate post for every 10 posts?

Thank you, & share experience please!

You may start right away to add fans quickly, but just make sure you manage the page well.

That sounds good. How much do you pay per day? Also how often do you post and how many of your posts are monetized?

I know I'm asking a lot of questions, but I'm new to Facebook marketing and I'd like to know as much as I can.
I'm trying to build an email list with the FB page, but I also want to have a Fiverr service where people pay me to post something on my page within the topic.

I've been thinking to do $2.50 a day. Sounds like you're getting a great price for the likes, is that common?
I'm thinking of doing 3 or 4 posts a day, maybe 1 of them pictures, depending on the content of that post. I think I will monetize 1 in 25 posts until I get a couple thousand likes, then I will monetize 1 in 5 probably.
How many likes do you have now?

It is easy to get likes for some niche, for your niche i think it will be more difficult.
I have around 3500 likes right now. Most of them come from fb ads.

What are the better niches? Is it the more broad & popular categories such as weight loss, or is it the more precise ones such as World of Warcraft fans?

Also, are you able to build an email list from your page? I'm guessing that you just put out a few posts like this: "Are you getting useful information from this page? Get even more useful info by signing out for our newsletter email@email.com!"
Then a few more posts ever so often that promote a free offer they can get by entering their email. Also putting the email on the about part.
Am I right? I'm just making a good guess. What is the way you use or most people use?

    Hi Thompson,
I think Facebook ad campaign does not depend on page posts, likes and friends.
It does not have quality score like Google. If your page have more likes, friends and posts that is good. But if you don't have then also you create Facebook Ad campaign for your page.

Put some high quality niche content on your page first, so your ads won't go to waste when fans click through to see your page. The more content you can put up, the better. Some people won't really check out the date the post was made, only looking at the content of each post. So it doesn't matter if you put up all your content in one day or one month, so long as there is plenty for people to look at or read/share once they get to your page from the ads.

well ppc can give you quick results so it would be a better idea to keep adding the content and start the facebook ads at the same time.

Once I make the 15th post tomorrow, I will start the ad campaigns at $2.50 a day and see how it goes.
How's the page look so far? Just trying to add good content that engages the reader, makes them reply, makes them like, and makes them share. Here's the link:
