Youtube comment: Which one's safer and effective?

I am planning to do some Youtube comments for my own niches. But there are two types of comments here:

1. Comment with a relevant Youtube URL of my video:

Example: You're not alone. I also have issues in losing weight, and I'm finding it very hard because I love to eat, until I have finally managed it. This video really helped me manage my own weight loss strategy, and it's worth to watch and learn: /watch?v=randomfigures.

2. Comment with your own URL using a different approach:

Example: You're not alone. I also have issues in losing weight, and I'm finding it very hard because I love to eat, until I have finally managed it. This source really helped me manage my own weight loss strategy, and it's wonderful to read and learn: mysite.com\weight-loss-strategy (I use backslash instead of slash)

Which of them is much safer and effective in terms of commenting on relevant videos?

Since you are on youtube I would predict the link to the video would get more clicks. But I could be wrong. You should test both types of comments out and see which one does better.

What's up mate? Seems that you are on Youtube marketing now, I would like you to test both methods out to see which one really works best. If you have some little budget there, go to Fiverr and buy some Youtube comment rating gig that will give you tons of thumbs up in your comments (for both #1 and #2 option).

This is where you should identify which one's is more safe and effective. Hope this helps.

In my opinion that links to youtube videos will get more people attracted as you know youtube is almost a popular sites, and people also do search their queries on youtube, example: how to lose weight, how to unlock iphone. So people also use yt to get solution of their problems, and you know your site may not be more popular than youtube,

Secondly when you give a url of any site it looks like that you have any benefit for a refferal, but when you link to youtube, it won't look suspicious.

To me, commenting YT videos is the worst strategy ever to waste your time for. What you're trying to test is just spamming. Once somebody clicks to report your comment it's immediately removed even if it has a thousand thumbs up. I don't think people copy paste those links from YT comments either.
