Converting Fun into Money on Pintrest.

So I have a Pintrest account and several hundreds of followers who sometimes re-pin what I pin.
It is great fun, but to get them from Pintrest to my website is not that easy.

So my question is, how to turn fun in Pintrest into visitors, what means money at the end.

Do you write descriptions for your boards and pins? There should be calls to action and this must be something that piques the curiosity and desire to see your website. Make sure your pics are relevant to the niche of your website. Add texts to your images to bring your audience a message that makes them wanna click the link. Though be careful not to make it all look spammy.

What niche is your website in?

You could post images related to your site that are good looking or funny, and then put your website link in the description. You could say something like "for more images in this album or like this go to" and put your site link after it.

People on Pinterest are not only interested in images. Invite them to some valuable source of information - videos, articles, reports, audios. I don't think they want albums, pictures all around them there are enough. Why not make a cool intro for your website content with a stronger call to action. As to me, I don't use links in descriptions, it looks spammy. A picture itself should be linked to a website.
