Facebook Converstion Tracking - No Count For Viewing The Ads

My FB conversion tracking counts
""Includes all actions taken by people within 24 hours after viewing your ad or sponsored story, or within 28 days after clicking on it. You'll only see data here if you're promoting a Page, event or app.""
It means everybody who just views my ads and then convert it is counted as converted, but the fact is that its not correct.
Client who just saw the ad, but the conversion was influenced by other circumstances, it should not be assigned to the facebook ads.
So I want just to track client who have clicked the ad and then converted, how can I see/count it?
Any ideas?
