      Follow other users, especially those who have #followback or similar in their bios

      Also like posts, comment on them, etc.

      There are Instagram bots out there that can do this, but incredibly hard to find now that Instagram's cracked down on them. Still possible to get someone to code one for you though if you're willing to part with some cash

      Using a program called Instadominate (before it was banned), I built up 10,000 followers each on 2 accounts in a matter of weeks with the above technique
