Has anyone tryed this for Youtube Video Rankings?

I have been currently doing Seo

But have not touched yet with youtube videos, recommended by a guy he said in order to rank youtube videos you need high retention views

Has anyone ranked with mobile views or normal views? ( meaning fake views from proxies)

Or has anyone used this method UltViews for views?


I know you need also on Page Seo but I am talking about ranking it on youtube

    High retention views seem to be part of the formula to get vids ranked these day, along with a bunch of other factors like keyword choice and stuffing and high trustrank backlinks. There's lots of info on this forum about how to rank videos (or check out my homepage in my signature for some info)

    you should do your own experiments, not just "trust" what others say here, or on other forums

    This is what I do -- I personally test any SEO or YT claims, and see for myself what works, and what doesn't. I do reverse engineer and grasp what I did wrong, so I do better next time.

    That's what marketing is all about, whether you're doing it online or offline...
