If any of that seems too complicated, you can always give us a call if you need assistance, or for an extra fee, we can build your extension for you.

Got a sales call out of the San Diego office from a guy named Justin yesterday and, while for obvious reasons, I don't normally field calls promoting online advertising methods...

(I mean, really, if it actually produces the results you say online, then why are you calling me on my phone?)

Yeah Yeah, I know the deal about offline incorporating offline marketing with your online efforts and I generally employ several offline tactics myself such as calling my leaders to give them first dibs on on new landing pages ans such but I have never had a situation where cold calling was neccessary.

So, after recieving, waht amounts to, a 'cold call' from Justin yesterday about a new form of online success - advertising no doubt - the red flag of skepticism immediately shot up...

as it always does for anyone with a screwed up thought process like mine.

      -------------------------------------------------------------------------

A little insight about who I am and why I am here.

My real name is Quintin Byrd so, as you can see, I'm not hiding...Don't need to.

I'm a Cory Rudl trained foot soldier who has been an I. M. Warrior since way back in the late 1990's when Allen Says was using The Soldier Banner to promote the Secret Site where "Secrets of an Internet Marketing Warrior" and other cool stuff could be purchased. I rarely post, always lurk, and purchase everything under the sun just to see.

Basically, using this prehistoric training received as a young Warrior, I re-authored and launched a 2 piece, contact follow up email sequence (D Barkle Letter) to induce simple affiliate type success into a MLM compensation plan was directly responsible for several - several thousand PAID subscribers to a well known online MLM magazine at the turn of the century - all without one single phone call being made.

(much in the way Vick Strzhaus recently achieved with HTA ==> EN -- albeit my way was much faster, way sniper, and a lot less lucrative.... At, close to, $1.8 million in 2 months! Vick is the man)

This simple method has always worked and will always continue to work online with anything it is bootstrapped to so, before all you young up and comers start bombarding my email with Google P1, facebunk, Twitter and YouBube offers, I purchase them all, they all work to drive traffic some degree but, with the exception of Goog P1 action which occurs automatically when you correctly use Webfire and SEO Ninja, the social networking nonsense requires too much babysitting for my style.

Anyway, maybe my moniker was tskyyy or tskyy back then. I don't honestly remember but, that's beside the point and really doesn't make a bit of difference one way or the other.

      -------------------------------------------------------------------------

Point is, the only solution that really interests me at this point in my career are ways to drive more traffic faster to re engineered and updated versions of the same 2 messages that have been pimping money into my bank accounts for over 15 years now.

So, OF COURSE I was interested when Justin cold called and presented me with his "new and improved" traffic getting claims called SEOMPG!

Could it possibly provide me with a way to actually give a gawdurned about social networking and remain anti-social.

      Worth a look.

I mean, for God's Sake man, Justin said this bad boy could POSSIBLY reach up to 4 Million freakin web yappers using their smallest package - not offered on their web site - and, like any penniless alcoholic hanging outside the liquor store begging for pocket change, I, desperately extended my arm, my open palm indicating just how badly I wanted...

NO! It was to show how badly I NEEDED that small taste to momentarily appease the thirsty traffic getting demon that lurks inside.

But Justin, this guy who cold called me - interrupting my fantasy basketball lineup shuffling expedition - telling me that his NEW product, SEOMPG, could put my new web site in front of 8 million eyeballs!

Come to think of it, the web site he was addressing is a capture page with a form that leads to absolutely...nowhere...

It's a private URL, hosted on a dedicated server, it's not even live yet and I have not told a soul about it so I already know who to flippin fire for selling my dad gummed info!

Sorry about that. I'm babbling again. You do that when you get old so bear with me please.

Anyway, after interrupting my fantasy preparation, Justin asked nothing about visitor numbers, no questions about members, my target audience, or traffic goals, you know, the usual small talk, ..

All this guy, Justin, could say was NO! When I requested a "taste" or sample run which has always been, from my past experience in dealing with new advertisers, the norm.

Which I found rather odd, so I did a little digging and came up with this: Do a Google search for SEOMPG + blackhat. nothing impressive but who knows?

From the outside looking in, SEOMPG appears to be some type of adsense sniper that operates similar to using a tracking pixels and ad cookies to control banner views on receptive web sites.

I won't know for certain until I can get an analyzer cookied in but it seems poised to benefit on the dog chasing its own tail. It goes like this.

In an attempt to market a business for free and hopefully save a little money on advertising expenses, millions of people, world wide, spend weeks and months optimizing web sites and videos for top search engine position in addition to spending dollar upon dollar purchasing a slew of, "How To" and SEO products to improve their free marketing expertise.

We're all guilty of doing this. The desire to run your business as financially efficient as possible is only human and I have around $12,138 worth of software - most, not all of it worthless - to support this theory.

And, while our self improvement keeps Google and Bing relevant to the public audience, it does nothing for the shareholders.

Plain and simple: These companies make their money from ad revenue which does not come via free web site promotion so, when coupled with our desire for free online success, it does create one cool "hamster on a treadmill" scenario that presents a huge marketing opportunity..

The better you become at marketing your business for free, the more traffic you can generate, the cheaper Google can sell this traffic to ad brokers, the cheaper the ad brokers can sell your traffic to me, and the harder you work to become proficient at generating more free traffic... and on and on until ultimately...

and mainly due to the fact that 99% of these great content bloggers are absolutely atrocious at conversion writing , I am able to place a related, but higher converting offer directly on top of or behind all their hard work for less than 2 cents per visitor.

In addition to legally stealing their hard earned traffic with the power of the almighty dollar, for another penny or two, these visitors are cookied in so that every time they visit a receptive web site...my banner ad is showing in the sidebar widget area.

I am thinking the SEOMPG model might be a similar hack that targets adsense code.

Fakebook will block it in no time. Zuckerman does not like sharing his toys.

      Goog is another animal altogether.

If SEOMPG type of marketing cuts into Goog's profits, like facebook, they'll block it in no time and you'll have nothing to worry about. but...

If, in the future, more ad dollars come from this new market then, if you want to remain in the adsense game, all you can do is belly up to the table and pay the pot or use frame breaking code to protect your adsense displays.

      It's not that difficult.
