YouTube Piracy - Need Help

SOCIAL NETWORKS

Hi there - I have a question for those savvy with YouTube. Someone uploaded my video to their channel and put their link in the description box. Not only that, the video is listed on the sidebar under recommended videos and credited with his name. Mine is listed on the sidebar as well, but further down. Not happy about this, what can I do? Anything? Before I report it to YouTube, I wanted to get feedback. Thank you.
