Manage multiple accounts from my own server

Is there a PHP program that I can manage multiple Facebook and Twitter accounts from my own server? Something that has an interface maybe that resembles Hootsuite or TweetDeck? Scheduling of posts preferred. I'd like to do more than just the automated posting that one can setup from WordPress, and I'd rather pay a flat fee than the monthly fees other providers allow for.

I've Googled and searched Sourceforge and HotScripts and just can't find anything.

    Have you found anything or seen Repucaution yet? I've never used it but from what I can tell it looks like it might do what you're looking for. However, it's $199 so that would be what, a couple of years worth of hootsuite? Just thought I'd mention it in case it would help.
