Let Me Share My Two Bits Worth....

I truly believe that Social media trends and conversations are becoming increasingly important in Today's hyper competitive Internet Marketing space.

I personally think that those of us how brave this new frontier of social trending data and learn how to harness the power of big data are the ones who are REALLY going to profit in the coming years.

Let me expand just a little.

If you consider what twitter really is... a representation of every conversation that's taking place in the world right now, it should be apparent that if you could understand what people were saying about a particular topic, product or service you could be in a very advantageous position to profit!!

Compare this to the Good Ol Google Keyword Tool which although powerful for identifying what markets are hot, has the limitation of being based on past data (upto 6 months old).

This of course means that by the time the data for a keyword becomes available, it's already outdated AND being used by all your competitors.

In contrast however, most Internet Marketers are hardly even aware of the Social trends taking place all over the social Web. This means that if you know how to harness this data and properly analyse it, you competitive advantage could mean you absolutely crush it in any given market.

That's just my two bits worth and will be expanding in coming days for all those that are interested.
