Nervous about Virtual Assitant's Social Media Access

I've recently hired a VA and am rather nervous about giving them full access to my Facebook, Twitter and Youtube accounts. Is there some sort of social media management app that I can use to restrict the ability of the user to delete posts and delete likes? If so, in which package would I be able to find this?

    Hootsuite. If you have a pro account you can set up your VA as a 'team member', you can control the level of access they have, which accounts they can post to, and best of all they log in with their own hootsuite account so you never have to give them any of your passwords.
