What do you suggest - Hoot suite or Social Oomph ?

Hi,

I have been using both of these since 6 months now & would like to know what you prefer using, a free user version of hootsuite or paid Social Oomph..

    I’ve never used social oomph so I suppose my input isn’t as valuable but I’ve used Hootsuite a lot and it pretty much gets the job done for what I need. If all you are looking to do is manage multiple networks then Hootsuite does that for free. Why pay unless you need something extra?

      Joy, does Hoot Suite Pro do fan pages? As I am looking for software to setup posts in advance on our fan pages.

        Hi Michael,
        Ofcourse you can manage your page, fanpage, groups with the hootsuite, not with PRO but with the free version too...

    I thought social oomph sounded familiar. Haven't used that site in over a year..

    I use to use it to send out direct tweets for new followers. Might use it again..

    But right now, I'm using Hootsuite and love it. I have multiple Fanpages that I run so being able to upload pics and schedule them to go out whenever is a must.

    I haven't jumped into the analytics yet but I've heard about them being good. I also use it for Twitter updates; to keep up with mentions and DMs.

    What use to take over an hour to do using Facebook now takes less than 20 minutes.

    Hootsuite is best as you can post to so many groups and websites all at once.
