Do you have any practical tips how to increase the Google Plus business page followers and also Google circles? Also how to increase your google plus authority?

I am looking to increase the traffic from it as well (using Google plus) so have you experienced or done anything that has increased the traffic to your website as well?

    Don't quote me and maybe you already know this. Here's a few things off the top of my head:
    1. Start a contest for a prize. Have people follow you and join their circle and comment on your posts to qualify.
    2. Call to action for each post to your page. Ex. "Please +1 if you enjoyed this post." When they +1 your post, it'll show up in the feed for people that have their person in their circle.
    3. If you have a blog, participate in blog carnivals. That will get you some free exposures.
