Looking for A Social Media Tracking Software

I recently learned of a software called "Crowd Force" from Steve Clayton/Aidan Booth. It is part of a course called "The Trinity Code" but I didn't sign up for it.

The software goes out and scours Blogs, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Yahoo Answers and other social media sites for mentions of the keywords that you input. It seems like an amazing business tool and I'd like to have it or something similar.

Does anyone have any ideas about that?

    Sounds similar to buzzbundle, I can't recommend BuzzBundle enough, it really is a great tool and it tracks more than just social networks (forums/answer sites etc)
