does youtube have an affiliate program for bringing in consumer

Their partner program; It states that you can only make your own content but you cant sell others for compensation. Does anyone know of a youtube affiliate program, am i overlooking something?

    I think what they mean is that you can't upload content that you do not have the rights to, that is they don't want you to make money off copyrighted content.

    I am sure plenty of people do anyway but it must come with the risk of having your videos removed from one day to the next.

    Yes dropout is right. They are telling you not to upload copyrighted content that will be taken down sooner or later.

      Yes, this was happening earlier. Now they are giving an option where you can acknowledge that you are using 3rd party's video. But that wont help you to monetize until you have commercial rights of the video
