investing in facebook fan page

From my small experience in Internet Marketing , i think that investing in facebook fan page may be a good case, but I need more relevant ideas,
what is the way to build a great facebook page (facebook ads, or the direct purchase of pages)?, what is the minimum number of fan demand to earn money from a facebook pages?
, what are the different ways of monetization?
Sorry for my bad english

To address this point, there is no magic number. You could have a fan page with a million followers, but if none of them make you money, then they are essentially worthless.

As far as monetization...? I'd say push relevant offers (so affiliate marketing) around the niche you've set up.

    Cheers.

There are people who sell Facebook fan pages with thousands of likers but I would not really recommend you to buy such as it is quite risky. There is no minimum number for that. it would still be hard to make money if you do not know what the (majority of the) likers that you have want.

A successful facebook fan page depends on the type of niche. Using facebook ads to promote the page will give you fast results that will determine whether a niche is good or not. I use FB fan pages to test markets and the best way to monetize a page is to have a free gift.

Use a squeeze page to give the freebie, have it on both your site and FB page tab. Then market to them via email. Posting a link to a sales page with your affiliate link does work but I just prefer to use email marketing.

If you find a market with active facebook users then keep offering them value and promote your stuff maybe 4 times a week, not everyday. One other thing you can do is take the post with your affiliate/squeeze page link and pin it to the top. Hope that helps!

Make sure you stick with it. A fan page is about building a relationship. Post regular 1 - 3x a day. Post useful posts. Dont just spam the page.

I agree. You have to constantly communicate with your Facebook page likers. Keep in mind that you should never afford to lose one. You have to make posts that are both engaging and compelling. Make posts regularly. You can try posting images, videos and more. Again, come up with something that can stimulate engagement.

You can either start your new fanpage and make some good posts and then go for facebook ads or post promote for likes, or you can also buy a page with likes but you need to make sure they are real people, not fake likes.
You can sell affiliate products according to the nature of the page or also you can build a list.

A recent addition as I know is now Facebook allows to promote affiliate offers thru ad campaigns. A fan page which compliments these ads would be a good idea though

Find a niche and create a well designed page, post 30% of your posts promotional(affiliate) 50% relevant important content. 20% content that is related to your business but not too promotional. Use guerrilla marketing techniques to get followers and engage them.
