Can I give such a name to a facebook fanpage?

Dear Warriors,

Is it legal to create a facebook fanpage and give it a name for example: I love coca-cola, I love Ferrari, I love Star Wars etc. ?

    I believe it is legal as it is just page and title. Should be under fair use. But would love to hear what others think too.

      I don't see why not. There are tons of pages that say "Best Vines" or are unofficial fan pages. I'd just put somewhere in the description that it is unofficial.

    Facebook policy says: "Only authorized representatives can manage a Page for a brand, place, organization or public figure." However, the policy puts no restrictions on creating and promoting a fanpage/group that is associated with all that.

    So, if you are a representative of a fan club or a community of like-minded people who want to share their thoughts, opinions or ideas about a popular brand, you can create and promote such a page or a group, it's legally allowed. After all, it adds to the popularity of a discussed brand.

    If you search Facebook, you will see that there are lots of pages named like 'Apple fans', 'Apple Lovers', etc.
